Kiran Jethwa is one of Kenya’s top chefs. He owns two award winning restaurants in Nairobi and is now making his name internationally with his new TV series – “The Fearless Chef”. The show is a hot mix of cooking and traveling as Kiran seeks out the most extreme and exotic foods the world has to offer. The BBC Africa’s Bola Mosuro caught up with him and asked him about his trips around the world, and about something special he made in Ethiopia.
